Position Summary:

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects according to deadlines and budget constraints. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication and leadership skills, along with a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Job Responsibilities:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Oversees a team of coordinators/managers to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.
  • Delegates work and assignments to team members based on expertise, work experience, and time constraints.
  • Leads an interdepartmental team to complete an assigned project on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Outlines the tasks involved in the project and delegates accordingly.
  • Understands the functionalities of Service Titan and uses Service Titan to collect payment at jobs and apply final payment in Service Titan.
  • Complete final home inspection at jobs.
  • Conducts cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project.
  • Prepares and implements a budget based on estimates.
  • Conducts risk assessments; reports identified risks to management; provides recommendations for mitigation of risk (including termination of the project if appropriate). Always keep safety top of mind.
  • Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project.
  • Acts as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors.
  • Communicates and collaborates with sales and marketing teams to provide training and information required to promote and sell new projects, programs, and systems.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

The Finance Controller will be responsible for managing the financial accounting, reporting, and analysis functions of the organization. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in finance, exceptional analytical skills, and a proven track record of effectively managing financial processes.

Job Responsibilities:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Analyze financial data, trends, and key performance indicators to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and reporting requirements.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to establish budget targets and assumptions.
  • Develop financial forecasts and projections to support strategic planning and decision- making.
  • Monitor actual performance against budget and forecast, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Establish and maintain strong internal control processes to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify and address potential financial risks.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial laws, and reporting standards.
  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.

Experience and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s or CPA preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Finance Controller or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and analysis.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, including ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Solid understanding of tax regulations, compliance, and financial laws.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.

The Sales Representative is responsible for building relationships with individuals and companies in the community in order to sell the company’s products and services and reach internal sales goals. This position will also contribute to developing and implementing sales strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Creating awareness and demand for the company products and services
  • Identifying potential opportunities and effectively communicating benefits and opportunities available to meet needs and interests.
  • Maintaining communications with internal personnel to ensure efforts are in line with objectives.
  • Identifying prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing customers, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences
  • Calling on prospective customers, providing technical and administrative product information and quoting appropriate customer prices
  • Maintaining all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations
  • Monitoring market conditions, product innovations, and competitors’ products, prices, and sales • Negotiating details of contracts and payments.
  • Consulting with clients after sales or contract signing to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Experience and Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales experience in the Home Services industry

Job Responsibilities:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Install and repair various types of roofing materials, including shingles, tiles, metal, and flat roofing systems.
  • Assess roofing damage and leaks, diagnose issues, and perform necessary repairs to ensure watertight and durable roofing systems.
  • Properly use tools and equipment to cut, shape, and install roofing materials according to industry standards.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while working on roofs, including proper use of fall protection equipment and safe handling of tools.

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for interfacing with customers in both in-person, phone, and email interactions. The Customer Service Representative develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.

Job Responsibilities:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Portraying a positive company image and engaging in professional and friendly communications with customers.
  • Actively listening to customer needs and inquiries to determine appropriate service actions.
  • Assisting colleagues and other employees with administrative duties.
  • Serving as the point of contact for our customers and being primarily responsible for answering telephones, booking appointments, and performing other clerical duties.
  • Referring any customer questions regarding products or services to the appropriate team member.
  • Establishing and maintaining customer profiles in Service Titan.
  • Performing accurate company-required recordkeeping.
  • Resolving customer problems, such as invoicing problems, permit issues, insurance issues, etc.
  • Informing customers of prices, shipping dates, anticipated delays and any additional information needed by the customer; printing shipment documents; recording or filing copy of order received.
  • Following-up on orders to ensure delivery by specified dates.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Experience and Requirements:

  • Prior experience with the general public (customers) a plus; prior experience as a cashier a plus.
  • Ability to accurately serve as a cashier, including processing credit cards, making change, and other basic math skills.
  • Experience with ServiceTitan is a HUGE plus!
